GENERAL
a. NBG ABN 20 094 881 231 is offering
Reward Points to Customers who take out
loan, insurance and investment products
which qualify for Reward Points. These points
can be redeemed for free holiday rewards,
domestic airfares, domestic accommodation,
car hire, theatre tickets, electrical goods,
white goods and power tools (as detailed
within the NBG Rewards Directory).
b. The promotion is designed and administrated
by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd ABN: 96
101 233 569.
c. Points have an expiry period of 24 months
from the date of issue.
d. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
e. Unused points may be cancelled if the
Customer discharges the loan.
f. Neither Free-2-Travel Holidays nor NBG
shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for
personal injury suffered or sustained, as
a result of accepting the reward offer except
for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
g. These Terms and Conditions are correct
at time of print however NBG and Free-2-Travel
Holidays reserve the right to alter them
at any time.
h. The details of the rewards as set out
in the NBG Rewards Directory are valid
for rewards booked and taken between 1 Sept
2003 and 31 March 2004.
2. POINTS
REDEMPTION
a. The NBG Rewards Directory outlines
the leisure and electrical rewards available
and is correct at time of going to print.
NBG and Free-2-Travel reserve the right
to make alterations to any detail without
notice.
b. All leisure rewards, airfares, accommodation,
tour packages are subject to availability.
c. Accommodation within Australia as set
out in the NBG Rewards directory is quoted
at a point per room rate, on a twin share
basis, in a standard room, on a one-night
stay rate - unless otherwise stated. For
variance i.e. single travellers, family
room requirements, additional people etc
there may be an increase, or difference
in the number of points required. Please
always check this when making your reservation.
d. Travel insurance is not included with
any travel. NBG and Free-2-Travel Holidays
strongly urge you to seek advice on obtaining
insurance and you can discuss this with
a Free-2-Travel consultant at the time of
making your reservation.
e. Due to variations in rates due to seasonal
factors, Customers are reminded to check
the Directory and with Free-2-Travel Holidays
for confirmation of the points rate applicable
to the date and time of their intended travel
plans.
f. Transport to and from accommodation and/or
activities, meals and all other ancillary
costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
g. Accommodation houses, hotels, resorts,
activities, tours, car hire, flights and
all electrical goods described in this Directory
are based upon information provided by the
supplier. NBG and Free-2-Travel Holidays
reserve the right to make alterations to
any details without notice and all packages
and accommodation are subject to change.
h. Customers may choose a combination of
points Reward redemption’s at different
locations throughout the redemption period.
I Points have no monetary value and therefore
cannot be used to part-purchase extra nights.
However you may purchase additional night’s
accommodation from Free-2-Travel Holidays
special discounted rates at the time.
j. Unused Points have no monetary value
or surrender value.
3. DOMESTIC
BOOKINGS
a. Free-2-Travel Holidays must receive
Domestic booking requests at least 7 working
days prior to first date of travel.
b. Customers must phone, fax or email Free-2-Travel
Holidays directly to redeem their Points
and book NBG Express rewards. Full details
of the booking procedure can be found in
the NBG Rewards Directory.
c. All names of passengers travelling must
be advised at time of booking.
d. ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED Once the Customers
Domestic booking is confirmed the Customer
will be contacted either by email, phone
or fax and advised of booking confirmation.
Free-2-Travel Holidays will then post to
the client Service Vouchers. The Vouchers
will be required upon check in and will
cover the cost of the Service being used
(including GST). Vouchers are not transferable.
e. AMENDMENTS Free-2-Travel Holidays will
assist with all bookings and booking amendments.
Amendments will be charged at $20 per change
per booking, with any additional charges
being passed onto you, the Customer.
4. DOMESTIC
CANCELLATIONS
a. Customers will be advised of Domestic
Supplier cancellation fees at time of cancelling
the booking.
b. If a Customer wishes to cancel a Domestic
booking they must phone Free-2-Travel Holidays
and advise of the cancellation at least
72 hours prior to Service being provided.
c. If a Customer wishes to cancel a Domestic
booking inside 72 hours, it will result
in a 100% cancellation fee. If a Customer
wishes to cancel outside 72 hours prior
to the Service being provided, please phone
Free-2-Travel Holidays to be informed of
specific cancellation fees.
d. Free-2-Travel Holidays will charge a
minimum $20 for all cancelled bookings.
e. Domestic Peak periods will incur a higher
cancellation fee, anywhere up to 100%. Peak
periods are as follows, BUT are not limited
to: Long Weekends, Public Holidays, and
School Holidays including the Christmas
New Year period from 15 Dec to 15 Jan.
f. A refund of Points after booking has
been cancelled will not be processed until
Free-2-Travel Holidays receives the service
vouchers at PO Box 1486, Neutral Bay, NSW
2060.
g. No Refund will be given on unused services.
h. CORRECT SPELLING OF NAMES Please check
and ensure that the names you are using
to make a booking with Free-2-Travel Holidays
are exactly as per your Identification.
i. Any name, initial or spelling changes
may incur a fee of $20 per person, per change
on Domestic bookings.
j. FREQUENT FLYER / REWARD POINTS Frequent
Flyer / Reward Points may or may not accrue
points. The decision rests with the Supplier
and is not the responsibility of Free-2-Travel
Holidays.
5. GENERAL
- HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS
a. Hotel descriptions featured are based
on current information provided by hotel
guides.
b. Any facilities shown as included are
subject to change at any time.
c. Hotel room photographs may not be specific
to actual room occupied.
d. ROOM BEDDING GUIDE Prices in this brochure
are based on existing bedding in the room.
e. Requests for particular arrangements
must be made at the time of booking, e.g.
twin share, double bed – these requests
are never guaranteed.
f. When a Triple Room is booked, this is
usually based on existing bedding, which
means in some cases adults will have to
share the same bed. 3 separate beds are
not always given.
g. The bedding Guide is provided purely
as a guide. It is subject to change at any
time.
6. CAR
RENTAL
a. All drivers must be over 25 years of
age.
b. Specific car models cannot be reserved.
Any vehicle within the same category type
may be supplied.
c. All additional charges relating to car
rental must be paid directly to the Car
rental company at the time of vehicle collection.
The include items such as bonds, fuel, one-way
fees if applicable, fees for additional
drivers, optional coverage such as Personal
Accident Insurance, Personal Effects Insurance
and Liability Insurance supplement.
d. No refund of any unused period of rental.
Cars cancelled 2 days or less prior to commencement
will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%
or the rental car.
7. LOCAL
TOURS / SIGHTSEEING SERVICES
a. Are provided by selected local transportation
companies. Companies providing local ground
services are subject to change without notice.
8. ELECTRICAL
AND WHITE GOOD EQUIPMENT
a. Are provided with the standard manufacturer
warranty and as such if there are any service
problems with this equipment, it must be
returned to the supplier (Harvey Norman)
and will be either fixed or replaced as
per warranty purchase conditions.
